Every job is handled by people with a specific role, from the dispatcher who answers your call at 2 a.m. to the technicians who dry, clean and restore your home. Here’s who you’ll work with and what each part of the team does.

Behind Every Job
Project Coordinators and Rebuild Crews
Behind the field crews, project coordinators keep each job on track. They schedule equipment checks, review daily moisture readings, keep you updated and make sure your insurance adjuster gets the photos, logs and scope of work they need.
Once a home is dry and clean, rebuild crews handle the repairs: drywall, flooring, trim, cabinets and paint. Having the same company handle cleanup and repairs means no gaps between the two, and no starting over with a new contractor who doesn’t know what was done.
Training
Training and Certifications
Our technicians are IICRC certified. The Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification sets the standards the restoration industry follows: IICRC S500 for water damage restoration, IICRC S520 for mold remediation and IICRC S700 for fire and smoke damage.
IICRC certification paths that cover this work include Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT), Applied Structural Drying (ASD), Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT) and Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT). In Texas, mold remediation is also licensed and regulated by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR).
Training doesn’t stop at certification. Fifteen years of work across Austin homes, from slab leaks and attic mold to Flash Flood Alley storms, is what turns standards into good judgment on the job.
Teamwork
How the Team Handles Your Job
01
Dispatch Takes the Call
A dispatcher answers, gathers the details and sends a crew with an arrival window.
02
Technicians Assess and Act
The field crew inspects, maps moisture and starts extraction or cleanup the same visit.
03
Coordinators Track Progress
Daily readings, photos and updates keep the job moving and your claim documented.
04
Rebuild Crews Finish It
Once everything tests dry and clean, repairs return your home to normal.

Yes. Our technicians are IICRC certified, and every job follows the IICRC standard for its type of damage: S500 for water, S520 for mold and S700 for fire and smoke.
A field crew handles extraction, drying and cleanup, a coordinator manages the job from start to finish and a rebuild crew completes repairs, all within the same company.
